📦 Shipping & Drayage
Freight and small parcel shipping is handled through ICS Hawaii.
- Contact ICS before shipping and provide your booth number
- Use vendor entrance for move-in and deliveries
- Outbound instructions will be provided for move-out
🔌 Electrical
Order electrical service for your booth through Expo Genie.
Internet service is not available for purchase at this event. Vendors should plan accordingly.

- Booth fees must be paid in full before set up.
- Waiver required. Sign onsite before set up.
- Vendor entry is through the back of the Exhibition Hall.

Check-In
- Check in at the Vendor Check-In table at the back entrance.
- Bring your Expo Genie invoice or e-receipt.
- Wristbands are issued after waiver signature.
Parking & Loading
- Use the rear loading zone for unloading only.
- No unloading in the front Galleria area.
- Vendor parking is in the Blaisdell structure. No overnight parking.
Carts
- Limited carts available. ID required to borrow.
- Twenty-minute limit during move-in.
- No carts on the show floor during public hours.
Wristbands
- Six wristbands per booth per day.
- Lost wristbands must be repurchased.
Compliance
- Hawaiʻi is medical-only. No recreational cannabis sales or use.
- No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
- No free THC samples.
- Hemp vendors must comply with Hawaii DOH rules effective January 1, 2026.
