Hawaiʻi Cannabis Expo 2026 Announces Featured Speaker Lineup Across Policy, Justice, Culture, and Medicine

The Hawaiʻi Cannabis Expo has announced a growing lineup of featured speakers for its 2026 event, taking place January 30 through February 1 at the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall in Honolulu. Programming spans cannabis policy, medical education, criminal justice reform, cultural preservation, and responsible industry development.

Confirmed speakers include Indigenous leaders, legacy cultivators, healthcare professionals, policy advocates, and national reform voices. Together, they reflect the Expo’s focus on education, community impact, and Hawaiʻi rooted perspectives.

Featured speakers include:

Mary Jane Oatman
An Indigenous cannabis advocate and member of the Nez Perce Tribe, Mary Jane Oatman brings a critical voice on sovereignty, traditional knowledge, and ethical cannabis reform. Her sessions explore Indigenous leadership, legacy culture, and community centered approaches to legalization.

Aaron “Professor Potgrower” Zeeman
Founder of Big Island Genetics, Zeeman is a long time Hawaiʻi Island cultivator and heirloom genetics preservationist. His panels focus on legacy cultivation, plant lineage, and the realities of growing in Hawaiʻi’s unique environmental conditions.

Rick DeLisi
Founder of DeLisioso, Rick DeLisi is a brand builder and cannabis reform advocate whose work emphasizes restorative justice, community reinvestment, and values driven business practices. His sessions examine the role of culture and accountability in shaping an equitable cannabis industry.

Mary Bailey
Managing Director and Co-Founder of Last Prisoner Project, Mary Bailey is a national leader in criminal justice reform. Her participation centers on cannabis incarceration, reentry support, and the responsibility of the legal cannabis industry to repair harms caused by prohibition.

Espero
A Hawaiʻi based policy advocate, Espero brings a local perspective to discussions on cannabis law, compliance, and regulatory pathways. His sessions address Hawaiʻi specific policy challenges and the importance of community informed reform.

Medical and healthcare focused speakers will also lead education sessions on patient care, cannabis nursing, and endocannabinoid system science, reinforcing the Expo’s commitment to evidence based education.
