Food Vendors — Hawaii Cannabis Expo 2026
Dates: Jan 30 – Feb 1, 2026 • Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall (Honolulu)
Please request pre-approval before applying with DOH or purchasing a booth.
Step 1 — Request Pre-Approval
Email us the following details so we can confirm space and requirements:
- Company name & main contact (email & phone)
- Menu/concept (list items; note samples vs. full portions)
- Equipment & power needs (grills, warmers, fridges, amps/watts)
- On-site cooking or open flame (Y/N; describe)
- COI (Certificate of Insurance) if available
COI = Certificate of Insurance. After approval we’ll send the exact “Additional Insured” wording and limits to include.
Step 2 — Apply for DOH Special Event Permit
After you receive pre-approval from HCE, submit the Hawaii DOH Special Event Food Establishment Permit. DOH recommends filing at least 10 calendar days before the event.
Submit by Jan 20, 2026. Event dates: Jan 30 – Feb 1, 2026.
Step 3 — Finalize with HCE
- Email your approved DOH permit PDF to info@hawaiicannabisexpo.com
- Provide your COI with required additional insured language (we’ll send exact wording)
- Confirm power, load-in time, and any on-site prep rules
