Accessibility

Hawaiʻi Cannabis Expo aims to provide an accessible experience for attendees, exhibitors, and speakers at the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. If you need an accommodation, contact us ahead of the event so we can help.

Event dates. January 30 to February 1, 2026. Location. Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall, Honolulu.

Venue access

  • Accessible entrances and routes within the venue
  • Elevator access where applicable
  • Accessible restrooms available on site

Mobility devices

  • Wheelchairs and mobility devices are welcome
  • Keep aisles clear for access and safety
  • If you need extra space at a session, arrive early for seating

Service animals

  • Service animals are welcome where allowed by law
  • Animals must remain under handler control at all times
  • Emotional support animals are not treated as service animals under ADA rules

Seating and sessions

  • Accessible seating areas are available in session rooms
  • If you need front seating, tell staff at the room entrance
  • Some sessions may include low lighting or amplified audio

Communication support

  • Request ASL interpretation or other communication support in advance
  • We will confirm availability once requested
  • We can also support large print requests for select materials

Quiet space

  • If available, a low stimulation area will be designated on site
  • Ask Event Staff at check in for the location
  • Space is first come, first served

How to request an accommodation

  1. Send your request through the Contact page.
  2. Include your name, phone number, and the accommodation needed.
  3. Send requests as early as possible so we can coordinate with the venue.

We respond in the order requests are received.

On site help

Look for Event Staff at the entrance and check in areas. If you have an urgent accessibility issue during the show, ask staff to connect you with the event manager on duty.
