What Is Included
One Table
Each standard booth includes one table for exhibitor setup.
Two Chairs
Each standard booth includes two chairs for exhibitor staff.
One Trash Can
Each standard booth includes one trash can as part of the base booth setup.
Additional Setup
Hawaii Cannabis Expo provides the standard booth setup only. Exhibitors are responsible for any additional or custom setup beyond included items.
How the Exhibitor Process Works
1. Apply
Submit your exhibitor application using the form below.
2. Review
Our team reviews applications before sending booth purchase access.
3. Secure Booth
Approved vendors receive the booth purchase link and select available add-ons.
4. Complete Setup
After payment, vendors complete onboarding, waiver, and required details.
Do not attempt to purchase a booth until your application is approved. Booth space is not reserved until payment is complete.
Food Vendors
Food vendors must submit menu details, cooking method information, permit status, and any required documentation before participation.
Cooking must follow venue rules and Hawaii Department of Health requirements. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event.
Compliance Notice
Participation does not constitute approval or authorization of any product, service, activity, or claim.
Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, permits, insurance requirements, venue rules, and event policies.
All exhibitors must complete onboarding and required waivers before participation. No waiver means no booth access.
