Terms of Service
These terms govern participation, applications, approvals, payments, and vendor responsibilities for Hawaii Cannabis Expo 2027.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed before approval.
The event reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
Approval and Access
Only approved vendors may purchase booth space.
Checkout access is provided after approval. Unauthorized purchases may be canceled.
Payments and Pricing
Booth space is not reserved until payment is completed.
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
Pricing, availability, and booth placement are subject to change until payment is complete.
Transfers and Cancellations
Booth transfers require prior written approval.
Cancellations do not qualify for refunds. Any exception is issued at the sole discretion of the event.
If the event is rescheduled, payments will be converted into event credit only.
Onboarding and Requirements
After payment, vendors must complete onboarding requirements before the event.

Failure to complete required items will result in loss of participation without refund.
Compliance and Legal Responsibility
Participation does not constitute approval or authorization of any product or activity.
Vendors are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, insurance requirements, and venue rules.
No waiver means no booth access.
Non-compliance does not qualify for a refund.
Booth Use and Conduct
Vendors must follow all event rules related to staffing, safety, and conduct.
Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
Event Modifications
The event organizer reserves the right to modify event details, layout, scheduling, or operations as needed.
Event changes do not qualify for refunds.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
By completing a purchase, the vendor agrees to these terms and all event policies.
