Direct-to-Show Deliveries

• Deliver only during official move-in windows listed on the Resources page.
• Use the rear Exhibition Hall / East Concourse access for all trucks and vans.
• Drivers must stay with vehicles while unloading.

Material Handling

• Standard material handling fees apply for freight moved from dock to booth.
• Small parcels hand-carried by exhibitors skip drayage fees.
• Ask the onsite team about pallet jacks and forklifts for heavy items.

Outbound Shipments

• Pack and label all outbound freight before hall close on Sunday.
• Attach completed bills of lading and carrier labels.
• Leave freight in your booth space for pickup after the show closes.
