Refund and Returns Policy
This policy governs booth purchases, vendor payments, add-ons, transfers, cancellations, and event credits for Hawaii Cannabis Expo 2027.
All Sales Are Final
All booth purchases are final once payment is completed.
No refunds will be issued after purchase.
This applies to exhibitor booths, food vendor booths, power add-ons, corner upgrades, and any other approved event-related purchase.
Booth Reservations
Booth space is not reserved until payment is completed.
Payment confirms the vendor’s booth purchase, subject to completion of onboarding, waiver, and compliance requirements.
Transfers
Booth transfers may be allowed with prior written approval.
Transfer requests must include the current vendor name, the proposed new vendor name, contact information, and reason for transfer.
Hawaii Cannabis Expo reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer request.
Vendor Cancellations
Vendor cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
Any exception is issued at the sole discretion of Hawaii Cannabis Expo.
Approved exceptions may account for administrative costs, reserved booth space, marketing exposure, and event preparation already completed.
Event Rescheduling
If Hawaii Cannabis Expo 2027 is rescheduled, vendor payments will be converted into event credit.
Event credit may be applied to the rescheduled event only.
Event credit is not redeemable for cash.
Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled, refund decisions will be handled at the discretion of Hawaii Cannabis Expo.
Any approved partial refund may account for administrative costs, venue costs, marketing, processing fees, and other event expenses already incurred.
Compliance Requirements
Failure to complete required event documents does not qualify for a refund.
Required items may include waiver completion, logo submission, permits, insurance, menu submission, and operational details.
No waiver means no booth access.
No compliance means no participation.
Removal or Denial of Access
Vendors removed from the event or denied access due to non-compliance, safety violations, conduct issues, or legal concerns are not eligible for refunds.
Processing Fees
Processing fees, transaction fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
By completing a purchase, the vendor agrees to this Refund and Returns Policy, the Terms of Service, and all event policies.
