United States of Ganja believes in democracy, equality, and the right of every American to live free from outdated prohibition laws. Founded by Anthony, a long-time cannabis advocate, the organization fights for full federal legalization and for entrepreneurs in the cannabis industry to gain legitimate access to the U.S. banking system.
The movement began in Colorado, inspired by efforts to create cannabis credit co-ops that would allow dispensaries and growers to operate safely and transparently. Today, United States of Ganja is collecting signatures nationwide to demand the Federal Government respect state votes and legalize marijuana — and the money that sustains it.

Wendy Gibson-Viviani, PTA, RN, BSN is a nurse educator and medical cannabis advocate dedicated to expanding understanding of the endocannabinoid system among patients and healthcare professionals. A graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa School of Nursing, Wendy has been active in cannabis education since 2014, serving as Co-Chair of the American Cannabis Nurses Association’s Education Committee and teaching nearly 450 healthcare providers.
