Booth fees must be paid in full before set‑up.
Waiver: The Exhibitor Guidelines, Release, and Indemnification must be signed on site before set‑up (see Vendor Resources for the PDF).
Vendor entry is permitted only through the back of the Exhibition Hall / East Concourse doors.

Check‑In

Check in at the Vendor Check‑In Table at the back of the Exhibition Hall.
Bring your E‑Receipt for faster service.
Waiver required: Sign the Expo waiver in person before set‑up.

Parking & Loading

Loading/Unloading: Limited spaces are available behind the Hall for unloading only.
Vendor Parking: Blaisdell Parking Structure. Typical rates: $8/day or $10 in‑and‑out (venue managed; subject to change).
No overnight parking. No unloading in front of the Galleria on Ward Ave.

Carts & Equipment

Limited number of carts available; collateral (driver’s license or card) is required to borrow.
Cart use is limited to 20 minutes.
No carts/hand trucks on the show floor during public hours.

Wristbands & Badges

Each booth receives 6 wristbands per day for staff.

Compliance & Laws (Read Before You Exhibit)

Hawaiʻi is medical‑only. Recreational cannabis sales or consumption are prohibited on site.
Smoke‑Free Venue: No smoking or vaping (including cannabis) inside the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.
Product compliance: All hemp‑derived products must comply with Hawaiʻi DOH/State laws (labeling, testing, and age restrictions) and may not be marketed as intoxicating where prohibited.
No free THC samples. Sampling and giveaways must follow venue and state rules.
Sound & conduct: Maintain respectful sound levels and comply with staff and security instructions.
